By downloading or using Countoo ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and Countoo. A company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands ("Countoo," "we," "us," or "our")

Who are we?

Countoo is a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) established under the laws of the Netherlands, registered with the trade register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 99086883 and having its registered place of business in the Netherlands.

Use of the App

Countoo is a sports tracking application designed for Apple Watch. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

Health Data Disclaimer

Countoo provides fitness tracking data for informational purposes only. The app is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Heart rate and calorie data are estimates and may not be fully accurate.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program or if you have concerns about your health.

Apple HealthKit Integration

Countoo integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and write health and fitness data. By granting HealthKit permissions, you agree that:

• Data shared with HealthKit is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies
• You can revoke HealthKit access at any time through your device settings
• We will never use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to third parties

Subscriptions & Purchases

Countoo offers monthly and yearly subscriptions to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided by us and, where applicable, are subject solely to Apple's refund policies. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, and functionality of Countoo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

Limitation of Liability

Countoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate health data, data loss, or service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Countoo at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
